BSCI DriversBus Supply Charter Motorcoach Operators are drug and alcohol screened annually to meet with the Department of Transportation regulations. All Motorcoach Operators are experienced, professional, uniformed individuals whose goal is to accommodate your group with safety as their Top Priority.

RATES:The charter total shown is per information provided by the group and is based on equipment availability at the time of confirmation. The cost is subject to change in accordance with your final itinerary. The charter party is responsible for reserving and paying for private hotel room(s) for the driver(s) as well as payment of all tolls and parking fees incurred en route.

ADDITIONAL TIME:If additional service is required en route, the driver must obtain pre-approval from the office. Upon approval, the group leader will be asked to sign an agreement regarding additional charges. When planning your itinerary, please note that the Department of Transportation regulations prohibit drivers from driving more than 10 hours or 600 miles before obtaining 8 hours off duty. If your itinerary does not confirm, please contact our office as soon as possible in order for us to arrange for driver relief and adjust your quote as necessary.

DEPOSITS:No motorcoach will be confirmed until a $100.00 deposit per motorcoach is received by our office. Please include the Charter # with all payments to insure proper credit. THE FULL BALANCE AND A FINAL ITINERARY MUST BE RECEIVED 14 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE. Any charter not cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to departure will be subject to a $ 100.00 cancellation fee. All on-site cancellations are non-refundable.

DISCLAIMER:In order to continually provide our customers with the newest and most comfortable equipment possible, we ask for your groups cooperation with federal and company regulations. This company will not be responsible for items left on the motorcoach. The group leader will be responsible for examining the motorcoach with the driver before the conclusion of the trip. Bus Supply Charters, Inc. reserves the right to lease equipment from other companies in order to fulfill this agreement.

PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES:Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all coaches. D.O.T. prohibits the transportation of any combustible material aboard motorcoaches. (This includes propane bottles.)
